Where are your products made and shipped from?
Almost all of our products are handcrafted and/or manufactured in Canada. However we do work with one manufacturer in the USA to create our journals, and all journal orders are shipped right to you from this manufacturer to shorten processing and delivery times.
Are there extra fees for customers ordering from the usa?
Unfortunately since we are located in and ship from Canada, US customers will be responsible for paying any and all tariff and duty charges.
*Select orders will not be subject to extra fees for US customers, including any journal orders as they're shipped from the US, and any print or sticker orders shipped with the free, untracked shipping option.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! I love to create custom pieces to ensure you're receiving something extra magical and meaningful. See my portfolio section at the top of my page for more info.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on most items.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We work to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product/s ordered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
