Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I love to create custom pieces to ensure you're receiving something extra magical and meaningful. See my portfolio section at the top of my page for more info.

Do you require a deposit for custom orders?

Yes, a deposit is required for custom orders. Once we discuss your design I will send you a sketch along with a price to confirm you like what the plan is for your piece, and you know what the final cost will be. Once this is approved by you, I will send a link for a deposit to confirm your spot in my project queue.

How long does it take to get a custom piece made?

Standard wait time for creation is typically about 3-7 weeks after the design process is complete and the deposit is received, however it may vary based on how many projects I'm working on at the time of your inquiry, as well as how fast we get through the design process.

The wait time for the design process itself depends on how much info you give me about your desired piece, as well as how fast you respond. I don't actually queue projects for creation until the design is confirmed and the deposit is received.

If you'd like to know the current approximate wait time at the time of your inquiry, please let me know. Orders may be rushed for an extra charge, please ask if this is something you're interested in.

Where are your products made and shipped from?

Almost all of our products are handcrafted and/or manufactured in Canada. However we do work with one manufacturer in the USA to create our journals, and all journal orders are shipped right to you from this manufacturer to shorten processing and delivery times.

Are there extra fees for customers ordering from the usa?

Unfortunately since we are located in and ship from Canada, US customers will be responsible for paying any and all tariff and duty charges. However these costs are all displayed and paid for upon checkout.

*Select orders will not be subject to extra fees for US customers, including any journal orders as they're shipped from the US, as well as any print or sticker orders shipped with the free, untracked shipping option.

Are all purchases final sale?

Yes, all purchases are final sale.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?

We work to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product/s ordered.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The shipping price will always be displayed at checkout before you purchase.
